Billing Information
Bills are rendered monthly and mailed on the last working day of each month. The bills are due by the 15th of the month. Several options are available for payment of monthly bills:
– Mail to or pay at 3400 Bittel Rd, Owensboro, KY 42301
– Drop-in night deposit box on the west side of office next to the drive-thru window for after-hours payment
– Pay at any South Central Bank location prior to the due date (must present current bill, $ 2.00 charge for non-SCB account holders)
– Automatic Bank Draft – complete authorization form and provide voided check
– Pay by phone 1-877-284-7240
– Online payment option on this web site under “Payment Options” tab

Monthly Volumetric Water Rates
First 20,000 gallons = $ 6.38 per 1,000 gallons
Over 20,000 gallons = $ 5.29 per 1,000 gallons
Monthly Customer Charge by Meter Size
5/8” x 3/4” meter = $ 4.52 per month
1” meter = $ 6.33 per month
1-1/2” meter = $ 8.14 per month
2” meter = $ 13.11 per month
Meter Tap Fee (for new meter installations)
5/8” x 3/4″ meter = $1,320.00
1” meter = $1,830.00
1-1/2” meter = Actual Cost
2” meter = Actual Cost
