These are a few precautionary steps you can take after a boil advisory has been lifted:
1. You may want to dump all ice in icemakers for 3 cycles.
2. You may want to run your dishwasher with very hot setting before washing dishes.
3. Hard flush all faucets 10 to 15 minutes, and then slow flush until water is clear.
